1. Scope of This Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products sold directly by IMFORU Pvt. Ltd. through our website (imforu.in) or through authorised sales channels. It covers agricultural produce, livestock products, dairy, and any other goods offered for sale by IMFORU Pvt. Ltd.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product received is damaged, spoiled, or defective due to our handling or packaging, you are eligible for a full replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a product that does not match your order description, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Quality Not As Described: If the product significantly deviates from the quality standards described on our website, you may raise a claim within the eligible timeframe.
All claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product, with photographic evidence submitted to our support team.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (fresh produce, milk, eggs, meat) that have been accepted and stored incorrectly by the customer.
- Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or neglect after delivery.
- Products returned without prior written approval from IMFORU Pvt. Ltd.
- Products purchased under special promotional or discounted pricing (unless found to be defective).
- Custom or specially sourced livestock orders once delivery has been accepted.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request
To raise a return or refund claim, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at imforupvtltd@gmail.com or call +91 63010 79402.
- Step 2: Provide your order details (order number, date, and product name) along with clear photographs or videos clearly showing the issue.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and inform you of the outcome.
- Step 4: If approved, we will arrange collection of the product (where applicable) and process the replacement or refund accordingly.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or the same payment gateway used at the time of purchase).
- Processing Time: Refunds will typically be credited within 7–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of an order is affected, a partial refund proportional to the affected quantity will be issued.
6. Replacement Policy
Where a refund is not preferred, we offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). Replacements will be dispatched within 2–5 business days of approval, depending on product availability and your location.
7. Shipping & Handling Costs
If a return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), IMFORU Pvt. Ltd. will bear the cost of return shipping and re-delivery. If a return is requested for any other reason, shipping and handling charges may apply and will be communicated to you before proceeding.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted; however, our Returns Policy will apply upon receipt of the product.
- For live livestock or custom bulk orders, cancellations after confirmation may attract a cancellation fee. This will be disclosed at the time of order confirmation.
